Last Few Hours to be eligible for Prizes - KISU Greyback Megaswim

Good Afternoon KISU!

One final pre-event email. I am currently in the KISU office writing this as Academy is swimming their 5km swim.

We are over $31000 - very close to our goal. I am confident we will reach it as the last few donations trickle in.

A few reminders as we head towards the deadline:

• Those swimming the 5km on Saturday, please arrive in your suit and ready to swim. The doors will open at 7:50am and CLOSE at 8:05am. Do not be late as we do not have the ability to unlock the doors mid-session. Parents who are in the building must be on deck. We have many Academy swimmer volunteers who will be able to count for your swimmer, but we will always need extra hands.
• MiniSquad Team practice occurs 9-10am.
• Pancake Breakfast and Awards happen 10:15-11:15 in Meeting Room 7.
• Ensure you log all offline donations by 5:30pm so your swimmer can be considered for prizes
• If you encounter any fundraising issues between now and the deadline, or if you have any last minute donations that come through after the deadline, please let Amy know ([email protected]) as she is taking on the tabulation of the results.
