Coaching Staff
Tina Hoeben Head Coach

This is Tina's 23rd season with the KISU Swim Club (more than 35 years of coaching swimming). She has her NCCP Level 3 and in the past few years has done a LOT to improve her coaching experience and education.

Tina believes that swimming is a sport for everyone from the young to the not-so-young from the fitness interests to those with the highest goals.  When you sign your child up for swim club, you are giving them a gift that will last a life time.  There are many life lessons to be learnt through sport and competition which apply far beyond the water.  After a few years in swim club, swimmers can walk into any pool and feel confident about their ability in the water.

She also has her BSc in Physiology, BFA in Fine Arts - Visual Art and MFA in Visual Art. Tina has a wide variety of interests, which include outrigger paddling, cycling, hiking, skiing, yoga and more. In August 2019 she went to Budapest to be a part of the World Junior team.
