CORRECTION: KISU Annual General Meeting

CORRECTION TO THE TIME OF TONIGHT'S AGM - 5PM (not 5:30) - Sorry for the confusion! 

The KISU Swim Club's Annual General Meeting is TONIGHT, November 20th at 5:00pm in the Theatre Foyer, upstairs at the Comminity Centre.

KISU does a great job of keeping our AGMs short and sweet!  Parent attendance is very important – not only so that you have a voice in your club, but to show granting agencies that we have an active and engaged membership.  When we apply for funding, we are required to report the attendance at our AGM - Please plan to attend!  The meeting will consist primarily of: Coach’s and President’s Reports, Review of Club Financials and presentation of this season's budget, and Election of the new Board of Directors.

We are currently accepting nominations to the Board.  The position of treasurer is not open this term (our current Treasurer, Erin Wallich, still has one year remaining in her term), but all other positions are open for election.  We are actively seeking a person who would be willing to put their name forward for the position of Secretary. The primary responsibility of this position is taking minutes at our meetings, and ensuring they are typed and emailed out in a timely fashion.
