Mel Zajac Swim Meet

Brain MacPhail, Julia Veidt and Payton Nackoney were at UBC last weekend for the Mel Zajac swim meet. They all swam well, with many best long-course times, and improved their rankings. One of the biggest highlights of this meet was watching finals, even though KISU swimmers were not swimming. The Australian and Korean teams included a number of Olympic swimmers, as did the US and Canadian teams. All the athletes are training hard in preparation for the Summer Olympics, so it was great opportunity to see these athletes deliver peak performances. We watched some amazing swims!!
