Approximately three weeks prior to a meet, each swimmer who is eligible for the meet will be given a permission slip that outlines all the details about the meet (location, date, time, events, etc.). We will try to post permission slips for meets on this website as well - just highlight and print the selected text.

Most permission slips will be emailed to you directly, as well as being posted on the web.

Parent Note: If you don't get a slip for a meet, and you know the meet is just around the corner, ask your swimmer or his/her coach for the slip - it's most likely available but may have been left at the bottom of the swim bag or in the change-room or ??????.

On the permission slip is a due-date for the return of the bottom portion of the page that has the swimmer's name and parent's authorization to enter the swimmer in that meet. Please ensure that the bottom portion with a cheque covering the costs of the meet is returned to the Coach before the deadline date!
