2010 -2011 Training schedule is out - HERE.
Our practice schedule is very similar to what we had for March and April, with some small modifications. Juniors will start 15minutes earlier, 5:15 – 6:30pm on Monday and Wednesdays. This will allow some dryland technical time to show videos and discuss stroke technique without taking away any water time. Juniors will also start a little earlier on Saturday mornings, 7:30 – 9am to get a 1.5hr practice in once a week. KISU Seniors will swim until 7:30am on M/W and Friday mornings, which will give us a few 2 hour practices. Age Group will join the Seniors on Friday mornings. Masters will be in on M/W & Friday mornings, 5:30 – 6:30am. We will continue to travel up to Kelowna for long course training, approximately once a month (we are just finalizing the dates). |
